I know that building a new home can be daunting, but we will take it one step at a time so your experience is a happy one. I will serve as your general contractor and assist you with the building process every step of the way.

Merillat, Anderson, Pella, Shaw, Delta are just a few of the quality products that will be used in building your new home. With a lifetime warranty of Alside Siding and GAF Shingles, you can put your mind at ease. All of our homes are backed with a Ten Year Structural Warranty.

We use energy heeled trusses, which allows for more R-value in ceilings, an engineered Roof Truss system, and 2 x 6 exterior wall construction.

I will provide you with a complete turn-key home, ready for you to move in to. In addition, if you would like to act as your own general contractor, I would be happy to provide you with a framing package on your own foundation that you can finish yourself. Either way, or anywhere in between, I am here to help you build your DREAM HOME!
